  • 1. Are the products safe to use for me or my kids?

    All products are homemade without added chemicals. They are based on natural ingredients. Make sure the product fits your skin type. We advise you to read the ingredients of each product carefully. If you feel the need you can also ask your doctor or dermatologist. Of course, feel free to contact us if more information is needed.

  • 2. How to store the products/ how long they last?

    Since all products are homemade without added chemicals or preservatives, they are best stored in cool, away from sunlight places. Please read the expiration date on each label.

  • 3. Allergies

    We advise you to read the ingredients of each product carefully. No added chemicals or preservatives are used, all the ingredients are listed for each product.
    If you feel the need you can also ask your doctor or dermatologist. Of course, feel free to contact us if more information is needed.

  • 4. Can your products help with specific skin concerns, such as acne or aging?

    Yes, each product contains natural elements that have special skin benefits. Read the descriptions to find the perfect match for your skin type.

  • 5. Can you make a custom order?

    Send us an email with your request ahead of time, since some products need a significant amount of time to be prepared as we do not wish to alter their physical quality.

  • 6. Where do you ship?

    We ship to all ACS Pick up Points in Cyprus.

  • 7. How long does delivery take?

    The delivery takes approximately 3 to 5 business days. You can also track your order

  • 8. Can i track my order?

    Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number for ACS Courier.

  • 9.How much does delivery cost?

    The delivery costs 4.5 Euros for each order.
    For returned orders or cancellations the delivery fees are paid by the customer.

  • 10. What is the return policy?

    Because of hygiene regulations the products are not returnable, unless they are sealed and in their original packaging condition and within 14 calendar days.

    In this case, the customer must chose different products covering the total amount of the original order, since money refunds are not possible. *Orders can be cancelled and be refundable only before the order pick up.

    For returned orders or cancellations the delivery fees are paid by the customer.

    For faulty products, or products that do not match the description given, please contact us as soon as possible (14 days) from the day you received the order.

  • 11. Which payment methods are available

    The payment method is only online through our website, through debit/credit cards or PayPal accounts.
    We do not accept cash on delivery.
